For most boaters and water lovers, red tide means one thing: bad news. But at Atlantic Beer and Oyster (ABO) in Winter Park, red tide is where the fun begins.
Nicole, an accounting student at Polk State College who currently bartends part time at the restaurant, recently concocted a unique beverage of the same name consisting of a secret recipe infused with fruit and bourbon.
Since the drink’s debut, patrons can’t stop asking for the deliciously sweet, yet not too sweet, fruity cocktail.

And while most come to ABO for beer, the restaurant is a full-service cocktail bar as well as a great spot for a seafood dinner. The establishment also offers meals and service from its sister restaurant, Boca, next-door.
